Now that it’s 2017, we can safely say that the days of fad diets are almost completely behind us. Sure, you’ll always find the odd lemon cleanse article floating around your Facebook feed, but more and more people are agreeing that lots of nutritious food eaten at sensible intervals is the way to go.

Rather than aiming simply to lose weight this year, why not make a commitment togaining health and upping your body’s metabolism? After all, health can be achieved at different shapes and sizes for different people – there isn’t one ‘correct’ way to be other than your own personal best!
