We all know the feeling. It’s the end of hectic weekday and you’re finally home again with that special someone. You’re knotted up, a little stiff, and absolutely hankering for a massage.
What kind of massage is entirely up to you – maybe you’re all about back rubs or in dire need of a bit of leg loosening. But no matter where you’re targeting, it pays to have a some coconut oil and aromatherapy knowledge on hand.
With a few different scents, you can turn a simple massage into one that suits your (or your partner’s) needs to a tee. As it’s Valentine’s Day soon, here are a few of our appropriately themed favourite massage oil recipes.
We’ve mainly used links from Doterra.com here, but many essential oils listed will also be available at your nearest health/organic shop.
