What kind of massage is entirely up to you – maybe you’re all about back rubs or in dire need of a bit of leg loosening. But no matter where you’re targeting, it pays to have a some coconut oil and aromatherapy knowledge on hand.
With a few different scents, you can turn a simple massage into one that suits your (or your partner’s) needs to a tee. As it’s Valentine’s Day soon, here are a few of our appropriately themed favourite massage oil recipes.

For all recipes: Mix 30 drops per 2 TBS oil (in our opinion, fractionated coconut oil works best for this)
